Deborah Carroll – a Managing Member of the Firm attended the University of South Florida where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1999. She received her Masters in Business Administration from Stetson University in 2002 and her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University School of Law in 2002. She previously served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Tenth Judicial Circuit where she was a felony trial attorney. Ms. Carroll has significant trial experience. She is a partner and concentrates her practice in civil litigation, family law, estate planning and criminal law.
Deborah previously worked in the Felony Division of the Public Defender’s Office for the Tenth Judicial Circuit, handling serious felony cases.
Deborah graduated Stetson Law School with a Juris Doctor in 2002 and simultaneously graduated with a Masters in Business Administration that same year. Deborah is admitted to practice in all States Courts in Florida as well as in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
